PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES!

Once placed, Orders can not be cancelled, changed, or modified. For sanitation and safety purposes we do not offer returns/exchanges. Divine Luxe Nails & Co. reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

To request replacement for damaged products or any other concerns please contact us within 72hrs of receiving your order. After the 72 hour window we will not replace any damaged products. Please include your first and last name along with your order number and a brief description/evidence of damage.

Please allow 24-48hrs for a response. Response times may be extended during holidays or immediately following launches or restocks.

Order confirmation emails could be delayed if an email is not provided at checkout, or if the volume of the order is large or items are out of stock.

PRE ORDERS: Please keep in mind that pre order items will take between 4-6 weeks after the order is placed to receive your tracking information.

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery is typically 3-5 business days from the ship date. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We do NOT refund if the address provided is incorrect and the items are delivered to the wrong location.

If you can not locate your package that says "DELIVERED" please contact your local post office supervisor. Refunds will not be given on orders that say they have been delivered. We are not responsible for any lost , damaged or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped it is out of our control. You will need to file a claim with USPS or UPS.
